    Prof. U. Joy Ogwu

    (Chairman) U. Joy Ogwu is the Permanent Representative of Nigeria to the United Nations. Prior to her appointment, Prof. Ogwu had been Nigeria’s Foreign Affairs Minister from 2006 to 2007 and first woman to become Director-General of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs.

    In 2006, she also served as Chairman of the United Nations Secretary-General’s Advisory board on disarmament matters, of which she had been a member since 2003. She has served the Nigerian Government and the United Nations in various capacities. Ogwu is an accomplished and seasoned diplomat.

    (C.E.O) Achi is a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist/interactive strategist of the Cihan Group with over 12 years of experience creating and managing consumer internet services with the recent years focused on consumer engagement and the converged media. 

    A passionate believer in the need to continue to elevate the impact of live experiences as part of brands’ overall marketing mix. He has worked with major brands as Samsung, HP, Addax Petroleum and Exxon Mobil.

    Celestine’s primary role is to advance Cihan Marketing’s technology platform and strategize innovative customer engagements across all service lines to drive measurable results for our clients.

    Celestine is passionate for all things digital, including social media, user experience, and innovation. He develops ideas, creates plans, builds teams, forms strategies, and delivers execution, especially in cases where nothing previously existed. 

    Celestine’s vision for the agency is “to foster an ideas-led culture that creates the world’s most powerful and engaging brand experiences, and to help our clients build the world’s most talked-about experience brands.”

    Celestine is a graduate of the University of Nigeria Nsukka; an Associate member of the institute of management consultants; Nigerian institute of Public Relations; a member of the African evaluation association and a reviewer, the scientific journals of the WSEAS working group on energy and ecosystems as it relates to poverty alleviation.

    Hephzibah Francis        

                                            (Director, Client Services) Hephzibah has spent the past decade solving business problems with customer service and digital solutions both as a client and client partner. As Director of Client Services in Cihan, she is responsible for building strong long-term relationships with clients based on her understanding of their individual and business needs.

    Before joining Cihan, Hephzibah was an assiatant manager with the Devcentric Group where she developed and executed a number of solutions in collaboration with the World Bank. She worked on a diverse set of opportunities, including developing cross-platform experiences, driving e-commerce growth, and helping clients reinvent their digital strategies and communications.
